Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms in the villa. Bedrooms have clean towels and bed linen.

1-Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite bedroom. There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom.

2-Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite bedroom. There are 2 single beds, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

Living room: LCD TV, satellite receiver, seating group, air conditioning, iron, ironing board and sink. There is an exit to the poolside and garden. The lounge is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: It is a modern American kitchen. There is a toaster, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, refrigerator, cutlery set, washing machine, microwave oven, built-in oven, dinner set for 4 people, electric kettle, pots and pans and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Extras: Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean condition; Cleaning is done once a week by the staff.

Garden: There is a pool, dining table and chairs, garden seating group, hammock and barbecue in the garden.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool and a children's pool. Pool dimensions: 8 m x 5 m; The depth is 1.49 m. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas.

General note for all villas in the Ölüdeniz region: Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the Ölüdeniz-Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 100 Pounds is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded upon leaving the villa if there is no problem such as damage, damage or loss.
