The lounge and rooms of our villa, which was designed with the comfort of you students in all seasons in summer and winter, are used to keep the rooms warm in winter.
NOTE: A 50 pound cleaning fee is required for short-term rentals.
Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms in the villa. The bed comes with clean towels and linens that can be changed.
1-Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite bedroom. There is 1 double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
2-Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite bedroom. There is 2 double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
Living room: LCD TV, satellite device, seating group, air conditioning, laundry, laundry table and sink. There is an exit to the pool area and the garden. The lounge is by the pool.
Cuisine: Modern American cuisine. There is a toaster, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, refrigerator, cutlery set, washing machine, microwave oven, built-in oven, dinner set for 8 people, electric kettle (kettle), pots and pans and glasses. The kitchen is by the pool.
Extras: The usage area of our villa's pool does not look different from the outside. Our villa is delivered to its guests in a clean condition; Cleaning staff was there once a week.

Pool: There is a private registration pool and a children's pool. Pool dimensions: 8m x 4 m; depth is 1.5 m. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.
Important Information: Electricity, water and gas are included in the cheap villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, maintenance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas within the scope of nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee that the pool will not be seen 100% in our sheltered villas. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas.
