Kitchen: Modern Open American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, kettle, four-burner stove, dishwasher, fork, spoon, knife, pots and pans, dinnerware, etc. and is fully equipped.

Garden: Private swimming pool, sun lounger, parasol, dining-table chairs, swing and barbecue

Pool: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 8 m x 4 m; its depth is 1.55 cm.

Children's Pool: Its dimensions are 2.5 m x 2.5 m; its depth is 0.45 cm.

Internet: There is wireless internet connection in our villa. Due to the internet infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions from time to time. While there are usually no problems with platforms such as e-mail, social media, news sites, there may be problems with operations such as watching movies or downloading files.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, necessary checks are also made and the deficiencies are completed, it is strongly requested from our villa guests that these hours must be followed.

Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 2,000 TL is taken upon entering the villa. If there is no damage, loss, breakage, etc. in the villa, this fee is returned on the day of departure.

NOTE: An additional cleaning fee of 4,500 TL is charged for reservations under 5 nights.

Important Information;

Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental vehicle, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surrounding area. Infrastructure works may be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.

NOTE: In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest, the deposit sent to rent the villa will not be refunded.
