About Villa Adela

Villa Adela is a new villa located in Hisarönü in the Fethiye region. Our villa with a modern and comfortable design can accommodate 8 people and has 4 bedrooms. Our villa has pool heating. Our guests can easily use the pool with retractable awnings. There is a parking lot in front of our villa where you can park your car.

Villa Barış with a similar concept is located next to it.

NOTE: An extra 4000 TL cleaning fee is requested for rentals under 5 nights.

NOTE: There is a retractable system in the outdoor pool of our villa. If pool heating is requested, the landlord will be contacted, pool heating is turned on for 1500 TL per day.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bathroom & WC and exit to the balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & toilet and exit to the balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & toilet and exit to the balcony.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom & toilet and exit to the balcony.

Living Room: There is a modern seating group, air conditioning, coffee table and TV in the living room. There is a shared toilet. There is an exit to the pool floor and an exit to the backyard.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove and tea maker (kettle) in the modern American kitchen. There is also a washing machine, iron, baby bed, high chair and hair dryer.

Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions due to internet service providers may occur. Internet usage; e-mails, social media accounts, newspaper and news sites, etc. are sufficient; however, it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Pool: The dimensions are 4.5 m x 9 m in the private garden; its depth is 1.50 m. There are 6 sun loungers, 3 parasols, 2 drop swings by the pool.

Garden: There is a table & chairs and a barbecue in the garden.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. Our villa is regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surrounding area. There are no hygiene consumption needs (toilet paper, food / beverage etc.) in the villas.

*General note for all villas in the Hisarönü region*: Due to high demand; In our villas in the Hisarönü region, there may be situations such as electricity and water cuts, voltage drops, infrastructure and construction work.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged, lost.

About Pool Heating: The maximum temperature level that outdoor pools with heating feature can reach is 28°C. Especially in outdoor pools, between the beginning of November and the end of March, due to weather conditions, the pool water heats up to a maximum of 26°C.
