The ownership of the business previously operating under the name Eden of Ölüdeniz Luxury Villas changed on 31 August 2025.

Ownership of the business was officially transferred from the previous owner, Mücahit Ünç, to the new owner, Murat Ünç. Following this transfer, the business was rebranded as Eden Villas Türkiye and has operated under the new ownership and management since that date.
